Irish Life 16.1 - Any similar cheaper plan?

My husband is insured with Irish Life Health on a Plan 16.1 which covers him for semi-private accommodation in a private hospital and €75 excess on most claims.

With the renewal due soon and the cost increasing, we're wondering if there's a similar plan /benefits available for around what he was paying last year - €101.52 monthly?

The following plans have a 100 excess and 50 excess per day case in private hospitals. Plans with a 75 excess would be similarly priced to his
current plan.
Details as follows;

1. Irish Life Better Ultra; price 1300pa; all public, private and 3 hi-tech hospitals covered, 100 excess per private admission, 50 per day case.
Good day to day cover.

2. Laya Simplicity; price 1191pa; all public, private and 3 hi-tech hospitals covered, 100 x 2 max excess per year for all private admissions,
50 per day case. Good day to day cover included - the first 100 not allowed. Note; this plan also fully covers a private room in a private hospital.

3. VHI PMI 43 16; price 1171pa; all public, private and 3 hi-tech hospitals covered, excess 150 per private admission, 50 per day case.
Good day to day cover included.
