I wonder if anyone has an installation disc for Irish Broadband in a box that I could borrow? Las tyear I had it installed on my laptop but sent it back after a few months as the connection and service was terrible. I forgot to uninstall the programme Navini Diagnostics using the disc and cannot do so now without a disc. I would appreciate if anyone could lend me their disc just to carry out this task after which time it will be immediately returned with many thanks. If anyone knows any other way around this problem please adivse me.

I have honestly never heard of needing a cd to uninstall any program.

If you look on page 24-25 of this pdf there is an explanation of how to uninstall it. I'm not sure if IB do this differently.

Here is the .pdf file.

Also: going to Start->Control Panel->Add or Remove Programs should list the program and you can click to remove it.

Thank you for the pdf file information which I will have a go at tomorrow. I have tried to uninstall the programme using the Add/Remove facility but I am asked to insert disc. This programme does not appear to be easily uninstalled without the disc. My operating system is Windows XP.
