iPhone - Incoming calls Names not coming up

I got an iPhone a few weeks ago I'm pretty happy with it, only problem I've had is when people call there number will come up never there name even if they are in my phone book. I've tried both formats +353 & 086 anyone any ideas.
 
Yeah this was the same for me also. I had to re enter all my numbers adding the +353 86 *******

It worked after I did this. A bit of a pain going back through all the contacts and doing this...perhaps someone knows an easier way?
 
Had the same problem myself, very annoying but the only solution is to add the international dialling code....a pain but a once off
