Current house in Dublin has increased in value by €100k with outstanding mortgage of 260K. Would it be possible to by an investment property down the country on the strenght of this house. I will also have full SSIA in April. I know it is a risk given the uncertainty in the property makrket so I really would just like to know if I could get funding for another house/apartment for under 300K.
