Investing in Ireland from overseas

Hi

I currently own a property in Ireland and I am looking to rent the property out to people who are on social welfare. My tenants handed me the Rent Supplement form to fill out as a landlord but I dont have a PPS number. I was wondering how someone in the states goes about renting out a property to someone who is on social welfare? Do i got through exclusively a letting agent?

You will have to get a PPS number from revenue.

You also have to register as a landlord
