I've haven't used them on a personal level, but have on a corporate level for our company fleet. I'd give them five stars for their corporate services.

I haven't used them but their quote a few months ago on a new ford galaxy was € 2980 cheaper than the list price - I intend to go back to them when I change next year. Good to hear Lemurz's comment.
