Wrong forum Internal insulation

I want to insulate my hall in my house. I was thinking of using Kingspan Kooltherm K18 Insulated Dry–lining Board. I was wondering if anybody has used it and how they got on, any advice would be great too.

My house is cavity block built(1977) which might help.
