Internal Door seals: Q-Lon or others?

Say these in a show house. Basically stop doors, especially pine doors, from banging when close. Are a black strip around the door frame and appear to be glued on.

Would also help re sound and heat insulation I'd say, and maybe some use in a fire (though couldnt be sure on that).

Anyone know other brands, whether easily sourced and installed, approximate costs etc. etc.

The farmers coop used to sell different types of sealant strips from a German company ,the strips where called "Tesamoll" and "Tesa- something".One type is rubber foam (cheaper) and the other a felt type.Check the size of the gap before you head out buying , there is no one-size-fits-all.
