internal crack on laptop

i purchased a dell inspiron 1300 laptop just 3 months ago. there is an internal crack on the screen-think i pressed too hard on screen-the crack is spreading and not covered under guarantee. Can anyone tell me if it can be fixed, you can fix it etc,. im dublin based

if you can get a replacement screen ( screen and lid actually) it is relatively easy to remove the broken one and replace it. I've done it many times on Dell laptops.......though I've always had easy access to spares.
