over the past 15 years i had various issues with paying mortgages, got a couple of repo's against me, survived them. original mortgage was with INBS, ended up with Mars Capital. beat them off - myself, without representation - in court. now got myself healthy, financially. Mars have done a recapitalisation, no arrears, all good.

except now i recon they have the best mortgage possible, they can sell it. can i stop them, or hinder them or be so much of a pita to make them make it worth my while?

Take it as a compliment, if they make money off you it's because you've turned your finances around and look a much more profitable proposition now.

While no one likes the lender coming after them it's not personal and best to remember that.

Trying to devalue their asset (having you default) is really cutting off your nose to spite your face.

Enjoy the security you have in your home now.

If you wanted to limit their options why not look to remortgage elsewhere. That's assuming there are better options out there.
