Can anyone tell me what the repayments on an interest only loan of 335 K would approx be ?
I'm thinking of purchasing an investment property . The loan would be over 20 years. Also how much positive equity would I need in my current PPR for a bank to feel comfortable in loaning me this amount ?

I have checked the various bank calculators but they don't show any calculations for interest only loans. what would be the best rate i could hope for ?

It would be a 100 percent mortgage for the 335 K

Interest only with PTSB on their one year fixed new business is €2.13 ( 2.55% ) per thousand so €335 x 2.13 = €713.55 per month. No bank that i am aware of will give you 100% for an investment property?? Hope this helps
