Interest payable Cpo"s

Does anyone know the law case where the local authority had to pay interest @ the Revenue rate because of undue delay in payment.?
 
Not aware of the case re CPO at the Revenue rate.

afaik in CPO cases interest payable at simpe interest from the date of the Notice to Treat at the rate which the local authority borrows from the exchequer.
 
there is case law which i read about in irish book on cpo.the judge awarded the revenue rate of interest because of undue delay in paying. Unfortunately have lost my note re same.
 
Have found case Flynn & Nestor v Galway Co Co.Anyone of another.?
 
Would appreciate more detail to help me find the 'Flynn & Nestor v Galway' case or judgement details, e.g. case ref no, what court, name of CPO book. Thanks in advance.
