Home Insuring personal items in rental property

Hello, would anyone know any company that would insure about 5k of items in a rental property? everywhere i've rung says they have a 25k minimum. I'm just looking to insure small bit of jewellery, computer items and a few pieces of furniture.

they'll still do the €5k, but the minimum premium would cover up to €25K. There's no way around this, as believe it or not, insurance companies have expenses as well, there's brokers commission, the cost of setting up the policy, staff costs, office costs, loss ratios etc
