Hello,
I have a furnished apartment rented out. Registered with PRTB and tax compliant. I pay for block insurance via the management fees. I understand that the block insurance covers the apartment and common areas in case of loss. The tenant may or may not have renter's insurance I don't know.
As a landlord, is there additional insurance recommended? E.g. in the case of an internal leak and floors are damaged or if the tenant or a guest is injured on the property.
