Insulation Grants SEI Group Schemes

Has anyone heard of a company named Save Energy Consultants who are offering a group scheme to avail of the SEI grants and wholesale prices? Their site is save-energy.ie. Are they genuine and how can they save me money if I have to pay them?

the idea would be that if enough local interest is generated, then these clients can available of 'economies of scale' when tendering for the work... like and large scale job...

ive nothing to do with this company, but i would assume their role is to co-relate and project manage on behalf of the local clients.....
