Insert Stove - Fitting

We are installing a Insert Stove in our sitting room - we need to build the chimney breast and surround with a metal frame and fire proof materials/boards (we already have the chinmey flue installed - just need to conect the stove to this) - the carpenter has not build such a surround before so we said we better look for someone else to do this for us.

Can anybody reccomend someone that does this in the Cork area?
