Info on Japanese P/E, book value & Dividend Yield

Hi can anyone point me in the direction of current Japanese P/E, book value and dividend yield info?

Should all be in the annual/quaterly reports. Not sure about Japanese companies, but all foreign companies that I have invested in have their reports in English.
I wouldn't trust any websites and their data for investment decisions. Even Yahoo finance, google finance, MSN, Bloomberg have many errors in their calculations. Unless you pay for such info, I don't think you can rely on it being up-to-date and accurate.
With official annual reports you can put your mind at ease.
