Infared not working on CCTV

I got this CnM CCTV

and it works a treat. I got a couple of more powerfull cameras to add add to it but the infared does not work on them.

I am getting a great picture in the daytime, but nothing at night. The infared on the cameras that came with it is working fine.

The installer has tried using just one camera, thinking that the power supply might not be enough to drive the IR on all 4 cameras, but even with just the one camera, it does not work.

Any ideas?

I did, they say others are using them fine, ccity are just selling them.

Sounds like ccity... At the end of the day I assume these just have a 12v DC input and composite video output, with a photocell to activate the IR LEDS. If they dont work they dont work, it is after all a cheap generic made in China camera : http://www.alibaba.com/product-gs/260794055/cctv_cameras.html

Your contract is with ccity, they are ultimately responsible if the product does not work as advertised.
