ok i have 2 jobs one for my father company as director. its only a small construction business and my day job in an IT company.

i pay 2 income levy, i am entitled to any refund as i am paying the income levy twice?

if you file a tax return for 2009- do a draft comp on ros offline and you will see if it is any way refuntable

You could claim a refund if your income on P60 is less than € 15,028 , or you have a full medical card .
The income levy is payable on gross income from all sources .
