Importing Lawn Mower from U.S. ?

Hi,

I have seen posts that refer to this before, but am interested to know has anyone actually done this, and whether with the Customs, VAT and shipping costs was it still worth it ?

I'm looking at a lawnmower that's € 2,800 here and $ 1,100 in the U.S. so it has to be at least worth looking into I reckon,

That I found the mower on? Sears.com and I also saw it on the manufacturer's website Craftsman.com
