I think I remember something about part of the home being subject to CGT in the event of a sale, but I'm not sure? I would also like to know if there are any other implications. We are also thinking of moving house soon, so if we registered a company to our home address, would it be easy to change it if we moved? Thanks, Pia Last edited: 21 Jan 2007

The CGT issue you refer to is more likely to be in connection with the sale of a property owned by the company. If you move house, you just fill in the "change in registered address of a company" form with the CRO - I believe you can do this online.
