I have a client who wishes to source and place foreign investors with suitable Irish companies under the terms of the Immigrant Investor programme. I'd imagine that the nature of the service provided would probably be that of an intermediary/broker whereby a commission is charged to each foreign applicant.
My question is what would be the applicable rate of VAT for such services or alternatively is there a contact in the revenue to request the VAT rate for specific business services such as the above?
