I am interested in purchasing a property to rent around the area I live.
I curently earn about €40000 + expenses etc.
Last year I got a €20k bonus paid into a pension and will be getting the same again soon.
My current home is valued at about €360000 and I owe about €180000 on the mortgage.
Other than that lets assume I have no cash at my disposal ..

What are my options ?
