I am a legally separated dad with 3 children. My wife works part -time, and I am the main provider. I am just wondering if I have to claim illness/ disability benefit, do I get paid just a single persons disability benefit or do I get paid the rate for a family of five? Is there any different treatment of my situation because I am legallyseparated?
