Illness Benefit to Job Seekers Benefit

Hi all,

Just a quick query for anybody who can shed some light on my current situation:

• Recently made redundant May-2011
• Made redundant while on Illness Benefit from company
• Have necessary contributions required for Job Seekers Benefit but have NOT signed-on as of yet
• Still claiming Illness Benefit currently

Query

As I am currently claiming Illness Benefit, will this reduce the number of days entitlement to Job Seekers Benefit, when I am no longer claiming Illness Benefit.
