Illness benefit to invalidity pension

Hi im on illness benefit for the last 2 years, and its finished in April this year. The have sent me out invalidity pension form to fill in. I'm in illness benefit for epilepsy which is ongoing and awaiting eeg scan. I have no got depression and anxiety and am awaiting counseling and psych doctor and that won't be for another 6 months as thats the waiting list. I can't work. What is the next thing I need to do now anyone help me please

You should fill out the application form for invalidity pension and send it away as soon as possible so that a decision can be made before your illness benefit runs out.
