If you move abroad and rent does your ppr stop being your PPR. I moved to UK in March, and the rent a room relief I used to get for my lodgers when I lived in the house is gone and I am paying 50% tax on it for first tear abroad - next year it will be 20%. I am hoping to offset about 100k losses on my PPR against a holiday home which gas increased in value dignificantly some pandemic, so wanted to know if it is no longer my PPR, can I do this?

Any use?
