Identifying owner of apprently derelict building

Hi

Hope this is the right forum to ask. I'm interested in finding out who the owner of what appears to be a derelict farmhouse and buildings near where I live in East Meath. I have no idea where to start? Looks like a lovely site for conversion/restoration.
Any advice gratefully received

i would start by locating the property on a discovery series map then going to land registry to see if it's registered and to whom.

Ask the neighbouring farmers ?

Ask in the local village, shopkeepers/pub owners etc are usually the best place to start
