New business > 80%: 4.8%
Existing business: 4.55%

Do they have the same lending criteria as Bank of Ireland?

BoI is charging 4.5% to new customers.
 
I have a number of mortgages with ICS one of which is variable at 3.85% and I have not heard a word from them about any increase,even if they intend putting it up by .5% that leaves it at 4.35%.

That is odd. Let us know when you get the rate increase notification.

Rang ICS this morning,rates are going up by 0.5% on the 5th Oct and my rate will then be 4.35%.I started on a cheaper rate at 3.85% because of LTV this rate is no longer available except on how they calculate any rate increase for my mortgage.

3 year fixed rate I was offered was 5.19%.
