Hey folks
Been reading all the posts on here in relation to ICB, issue was we apparently failed the Credit score of PTSB, so we got our ICB reports sent to us, my partner had 2 issues on her ICB, which we have since had removed (thank god!) trouble is PTSB still wont give us the mortgage, saying her a/c was badly managed, the fact that she left the bank 4 months ago tried to change the DD but was told it would be too expensive and not worth the hassle, so she was putting money in every week, unfortunately the a/c some how got over drawn and locked, she was still putting in the money every week thinkin the loan was being paid, but apparently she was only paying off the O/D , We are now going through a mortgage broker and have given them 4 months bank statements from her new bank BOI, they reckon there should be no hassles getting the mortgage we need, and that PTSB we just acting the Twat.
Any opinions??
