ICB Rating

Is it correct that after 5 years (from the initial notification to Credit Bureau) that the ICB rating can be ammended. I have paid off the debt over past two years.

Is it possible that the financial institution would ever ammend the record once the debt was paid in full prior to 5 years?

I think that credit issues can remain on your record for five years after they have been dealt with so yours could remain there for another three years.
