I was declared bankrupt almost 5 years ago. I recently wrote a GDPR letter to pTSB to have my name removed from a 2003 joint account which is still active and being paid. It shows on ICB as in arrears and they refused.
The other account holder is still making payments and was not bankrupt.
Any advice on how to address this, please?
