I bought 2 years ago on Affordable 2 bed Apartment
Property 250K Valued at 300K
I did Shared Ownership & Mortgage from DCC
I was wondering what my options are, I'm paying €1000 per month for the mortgage without interest only. This is not sustainable! giving reduction in salary, taxes etc...
Can I sell the property and walk away (Valued at €150K today) or can the DCC remove / reduce the crazy rent for the SO portion of the property.
Meeting them very soon to discuss but would like other peoples opinions on this.
