My partner previously boight a home with a friend of his and he fell out with him and also had a child with his ex so had to move out about 7 years ago. We are currently applying to be put on the council list to hopefully get assistance with HAP but we need the HPL1 form completed. He is unsure if he claimed this, and we are unsure how this works. We need this stamped for the application. Anyone have experience with this??
