I have purchased a new nokia 2630 network tied to tesco mobile, in my area that was a big mistake does anyone know can this phone be unlocked and if so could you tell me how to get the codes
 
The terms & conditions of the agreement governing use of such a handset may specify limitations on unlocking.
 
The Nokia 2630 mentioned is available from Meteor for 59 euro with 60 euro free credit, so it doesent seem to be worthwhile going to the bother of getting the phone unlocked IMO, unless its a valuable phone.
 
PS Im sure similar deals are available with other mobile companies.
 
thanks guys for all your advice managed to get the phone unlocked by a nokia service centre for a nominal fee
