Hi All,
Just looking for advice on how to speed up two PRSI refunds for myself and my husband. We were made redundant in 2009 and both applied in June, 2010 for refunds.
We have phoned twice since then and have been told that the section is extremely busy and they have no idea when the refunds will be processed. Initially we were told that the applications would be moved up the queue but when we rang back some months later we were told that this had not happened and we would just have to wait. They also mentioned that they have no idea at all how long the process will take.
Surely 6 going on 7 months is a very long time to have to wait?
Any advice appreciated.
