How to remove paint from new semi-solid floor?

Have new pre-finished engineered flooring but theres some oil based paint splashes on it that arent coming off with regular floor cleaner.

Any suggestions before i try white spirits which im afraid might be a bit harsh...

Try a glass scraper....carefully!
