SW conditions are very clear, on the medical conditions, I have a freind 55 years, not allowed drive after stroke, refused mobility, after been approved.Its 2 hours here to the University Hospital, 3 days a week. He has serious lack of oxygen rates, but was turned dowm for PMC. His applcation was supported by 3 well known consultants, as he did not meet the strict critria
Should he appeal ? or just a waste of time, I have suggested he should try for passenger VRT /VAT rebate, but he needs PMC
