How to format Sony Pro Duo Memory Card?

Hi guys

I have just given a lend of my Sony CyberShot DSC-T70 to my girlfriend's mother for her holiday. I was having a problem with my memory card so I bought a new one yesterday before leaving the camera with her. I totally forgot to format the memory card before I came back upto Dublin last night. I formatted my previous memory card on my PC so I don't know how to do it on the camera. The memory card isn't compatible with her laptop so I can't advise her to do it that way. Is there a way to format it through the camera?

Thanks for that. Link doesn't seem to be working but I have found instructions eventually through Google.
