Hi,
I am owed a large amount of money by a company who I know can't pay me and I don't have a lot of hope of getting paid.
I would still like to serve them with a summary summons so as to get a judgement. The company is not in liquidation yet.
I understand the process is straight forward, I would appreciate any help. I need it to be as cheap as possible so am going to do it myself.
Note, the judgement is for me personally to issue against a company.
