How to declare occasional payments

Hi

I'm a PAYE worker but I have been asked to do occasional demonstrations of my work by another company. I have been asked to submit an invoice and then I will be paid by bank transfer. This will be about €100 every 2 months. How do I declare this for tax?

Does your employment contract allow you to work for another company ?

Yes, My job is different. I occasionally do baking demos at the weekend but I'm employed in a different area altogether.
