How to complete form CG1

Sold a house (non PPR) so I'll need to pay CGT this year and although I don't need to file the return until next year I'm having a look at it now but I'm a little unsure!

I think aggregate consideration (no.1) is the sale price but where does the solicitor & estate agent fee go to get the net taxable, is it at 5f (other reliefs)?

Or do I not detail those and just put the net in nos 7, 11 & 16?

Also, I owned the house jointly with others (their PPR so they're not due to pay any CGT) - can I deduct the full solicitor & estate agent cost or just 1/3?

And am I correct that the aggregate consideration is only my portion, i.e. 100k from the total of 300k?

Thanks to anybody that can help!

This. Also the personal exemption at no 15.

You can only deduct your portion of the fees and you only include your portion of the consideration.

Just realised the acquisition value isn't entered anywhere....seems odd, sale of 200k will suddenly turn into taxable amount of 100k...so different than the amount of detail needed for the Form 11 return!
