How to Clean New Hardwood Doors?

Completed new build recently, and got hardwood external doors. To protect the doors during the build I tapped cardboard onto them, but some of the tape residue is still on the doors and proving hard to get off.

Has anyone any proven ways to clean hardwood without affecting the door finish?

Are they raw hardwood or do they have any coating on them?

They are finished doors so are varnished
