How to calculate my gas bill - Conversion Factor

I am with Airtricity and I am attempting to estimate what my gas bill currently is.

My understanding is to do the following calculation:

Current Meter Reading m3 = 135 (units since last reading) x
Conversion Factor = ? (where do I get an approx figure for this) x
Unit Rate = 0.1139

Plus standing charge, carbon tax and vat.

Does the above sound correct and can anyone direct me to where I could get an approx conversion factor multiplier. I believe it can vary.

Thank you.
