Is it possible to do an online cheffing course, or part-time? I work full time in a completely different industry but want to make the change without giving up work. I can't find anything so far. Or even Hotel Management would be ok too as a start....

I just heard about this place a couple of weeks ago and don't know how good it is, just the person who told me about it services kitchen appliances and told me that the place was really well set up. I'm planning on going to a couple of their short courses in the next couple of months.
