How much to knock out chimney?

Does anyone have a clue how much, in general terms, it would cost to knock out/take out a chimney and fireplace from what was a living room is now a playroom?

The chimney breast width is 110 cm and depth is 38cm. With bit in front of fireplace reaches 80cm into room so takes up lots of valuable space.

Have no idea on earth what is might cost to take out and plaster up.

Would really appreciate if anyone could give me a really rough idea.
