I bought my current home in 2003. It was wired for an alarm. It cost €1200 to get an alarm fitted. That's your yardstick! Prices have probably increased since but your home is a two bedroom apartment. Wireless Alarms are for houses that aren't wired for an alarm. You are lucky that your property is alarm ready.
