How much tax will he pay

My friend has asked me this question, but I have no idea how to figure it out, so perhaps someone could help me.

He gets paid 4 weekly,however next month, he is taking pay in lieu of holidays so will get 7 weeks wages instead. Is there a calculator I can use online for this or if I give figures could anyone figure it out? Any advice much appreciated. Thanks
 
A rough rule of thumb - Take the 4 week gross figure and devide by 4 to get weekly. Multiply by three and you have the extra gross pay. If he earns enough to be in the 41% tax bracket them just halve it and that will roughly be what he will extra in his pay.
 

Just wondering myself from employment law point of view is it illegal to pay holiday's in lieu? - The thinking behind it was to make sure employees took actual holiday's.
 
I'm not sure feltox, they were carried over from last year as he never took them.
