How much stamp duty do I owe?

Myself and Fiance are letting out his house next month. He paid 199,950 in 2003.He was a first time buyer and therefore didnt pay any stamp duty. The house is now worth 350,000. How do we calculate how much stamp duty owed, how long do we have to pay it and how do we go about paying it?

You will pay stamp duty at the rate that would have applied to an investor on the purchase price at the time of purchase.
