How much should electrician charge?

for the following in a new house? Builder has only allowed for the wiring and looking to get electrician to hang rest of lights...

hanging (not supply)
10 no outside lights on fascia
1 No wall mounted light at front door
1 no. sensor
2 no. bathroom lights over sinks
1 no. large light over dining area with high ceiling
1 no. light hanging over island in kitchen

Have gotten some prices and just want to see if they are crazy or not??

To be honest it would be very difficult to say without seeing the fittings. Some fittings were definately not designed by Electricians as they can be quite time comsuming to put up . Others like your standard external bulk head could be mounted in minutes. What kind of prices are you getting?
